Hi,
I am having an issue getting GW PDA connect to run. I have tried multiple
things to no aviail. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

The Sit:

Dell Computer, MS Activesync working fine. Currently set to NOT sync
anything (ie cal, appts, mail etc).

Alltel Pocket PC

GW PDA Connect 7.0

The Error:
Once the PDA is connected, I get a message about wanting to install a
newer version of the GW PDA software on the device (although, when I go
under the program removal system on the pda, there are no programs
installed for removal).
It tries to install the program, then I get the following error on the
PDA screen -

"Unable to Launch \windows\230\xcpcsyncsvr.exe : error 1411"

I tried another PDA, and I get the same error.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
