GW Client 6.5.4 syncing with Treo650
Syncing has been working fine for a few weeks and then all of a sudden the
user started getting a "Error in GoToRecord" during the sync, which then
causes the sync to abort.
This error occurs after it prompts the user about conflicts and after it
says that it will delete X number of records on the Treo.
Changed the Log File level to debug (a small snippet of the end of the file
is at the bottom of this message)
I have tried deleting the record that appears above the error on both the
treo and GW, but still get the message with a different record above the
error message. I am nearly certain that the error message is not related to
the record info that precedes it. Therefore, the only thing I have to go on
is the record # which is "11911598." I have no idea how I could determine
what record is causing the error or even which side of the sync the problem
record exists.
Anyone have any help on this?
Also, how do I open a ticket with novell support for PDA Connect? I know it
costs money, but I cannot even find info on how to start the process.
