migration WF from 3.5 to 3.6

two applications and web client on same APP Serer. After migration only one gets connectivity.

removed fmcojagt.jar from classpath. Not even existing on system.
still only one whoever is first gets connection.

ensured fmcrc file has MQConnecion type MClient

how can jvm settings in WAS or native Java API will allow all three to get WF connection ? WAS version in 5.1 sp 5
