Hi

I have a Workflow server (WebSphere MQ Workflow Version 3.6.0.0) with a cluster FMCGRP and configuration FMCQM - Queue Manager).
The Operating System is AIX 5.3.
WebSphere Network Deployment 6.0

Following are the Timeout occurred issues we are facing in MQ Web Client on the above AIX Environment.

In the MQ WebClient :-

1. We are able to login successfully but when we select the Instance list from Navigation drop down box, Timeout occurred.

2. We created the new instance list by deleted the existing one. Then from new instance list we deleted all the instances and started using that. But sometimes though there are very few instances in the Instance list, problem mentioned in Point 1 persists.

I daily treid to restart MQ Workflow Server / WebClient App Server and Database Server but still Timeout occurred.

Could anyone please help on these.

Hi,

the problem that you are describing is clearly a bug!
You should upgrade your MQWF server level to the latest service pac
(SP#4).
If the problem persists you should open a PMR and contact our Support
Team.
My best guess is, that you use a 'poisoned' filter in your instance list.
Maybe you
can post your list definition in this forum.

By the way: there should be additional debug information for the FMC12240E
error
either in the fmcsys or in the fmcerr log file.
