Is it possible to have a Role for the Process Administrator?<br />

My intent is : If a workitem is assigned to an invalid staff , it should automatically assign the workitem to the Process Administrator Role.<br />
<br />
I checked in the Buildtime tool, it seems Buildtime does not support to assign a ROLE to Process Administrator.<br />
Is there any way to achieve this?<br />

Hello,

the answer is: no, the Process Administrator is a single person, not a
role.
It is the emergency fallback point for any exceptions that may happen
during staff resolution.
If it were a role, another exception could happen without having a
fallback.
What you can do however, is to specify the Process Administrator
dynamically via container content.

One additional thing you could do, is if you have implemented a "virtual user" technique anywhere in your environment, you could simply apply this to the Process Administrator. The only thing you would have to do, is make sure you assign your Process Administrator in your process properties, i.e. you could not let it default to Process Starter.<br />
