When a page is "set as Start Page", there doesn't seem to be any icon changes in the Solution Explorer.  Is there a way to tell which page has been set as the start page?

Right-click on your Project from the Solutions Explorer and choose Start Options... menu.  You should see various settings, including the Start-up page setting.

Yes, that's how you Set it.  But my question was, after declaring a page as the "Start Page", the Solutions Explorer does not change icon to indicate which page has been chosen as the Start Page.

I know that there's no visual indication of which page is the "Start Page."  But, you asked if there was any way to tell what this setting is, so I gave you the answer.  The Dialog window for the "Start Options" should tell you what the current setting is for the "Start Page."
