Can't drag items on page into table cells

Using beta 2.
I can't seem to be able to drag items into the cells of a table I created thru html. In VS.NET 2003 this worked very well.
Note: This is in a ContentPlaceHolder.

Any ideas?

I think this is a bug.
If I have a page with controls on it, then put on a table and try to drag the controls into the cells, it doesn't work.
But if I have a table first and then drag controls into the table cells it works.
This is not the same behavior as VS.NET 2003.
