Hi, I'm doing a program and I want to use menuStrip but I can't configure some things of the menu.

 For instance, I can't change the color of the "button" when the mouse is on it. I've tried to make an event, but it doesn't works. I can't also change the colour of the "button" when I click on it in order to see the complete options for that button.

I don't know how to put an image next tothe function related to it (ex: an image of a folder to open a file) or how to put the shortcuts. I've searched all that options but I can't find it. and I suppose that have to be configurable, because that colours doesn't match with mines.
