I am using windows server 2003 and I have installed vs.net2005 and then I have installed vs.net 2003 when I am tryting to run my web application which is configured on IIS I am getting above error.

 And also I have created new web application, that is not configured in IIS. While running this new web application I getting following error message.....

Unable to start praogram 'C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEEXPLORE.EXE'. The debugger still attaching to the process.

I think http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa290100(vs.71).aspx covers your scenario.

And the image name for Internet Explorer should be iexplore.exe NOT ieexplore.exe!

Did you get the same error from VS2005 and VS2003?
