We have a 2 server Cluster running Netware 6.5, SP7.

It is running out of space, not on the Cluster, but on the SYS: Volume
on one of the servers that is connected to the Cluster, and is running
cluster services.

I am wondering, what is the correct procedure to add a new HD and
allocate space into the SYS: Vol on that server.

Well this is really nothing to do with clustering and ought to be in the
netware.6x forums. But in general, you shouldn't be storing user data on
SYS for exactly this reason. So your best option is to move anything you
can off SYS, and also delete anything you don't need - SP install
directories are disposable for instance.

To answer your actual question, all you can do is add space on a new
disk device to SYS, use NSSMU for this. But the prevention is better
than cure.

Thanks for that type.

What happend is we created the SYS: Volume and Pool during install, and
did not allocate all of the free space to the drive. When looking at
NSSMU, I was only seeing the cluster drives, which lead me to wonder if
since it was a cluster server, I could not do anything to the local
drives.

Looking closer, I saw the space, and made the changes I needed to.
