Sharepoint site is not like a normal website I think you can't open it this way you can attach the debugger to debug your own code only.

Hi Rajneesh,

Thanks for answering but I already tried to do this and didn't work because I don't have the Web development settings installed in my visual studio, and I can't find it for download!

Best Regards!

Hi,

Which version of visual studio you are using ?

how much options are there?

I have 6 options in vs 2008 team suit

Sorry I think you are using application which is compatible for windows application?

You should use VWD or Microsoft? Visual Studio? 2005 Team Suite Service Pack 1

Thanks...

Hi,

You can add this command to File menu by the following steps:

Tools->Customize->Commands tab->Click "Rearrange Commands" button->Select "File | Open" from Menu Bar dropdownlist->and then Click Add button->Select "File" from Categories and then Select "Open Web Site" from Commands->OK.

You also can try to click Reset button on bottom of "Rearrange Commands" window to reset menu.

If this doesn't help you, please run "devenv   /resetskippkgs" from Visual Studio Command Prompt to merge the resource metadata that describes menus, toolbars, and command groups from all VSPackages available.

I look forward to receiving your test results.

Hi Thomas,

Thank you for aswering this discussion, but The problem is that I don't have the web options in my Visual Studio, so there's no way to add this before installing, and I don't know where can I find that for download. Even it I tried to do what you said but the options were not there to be added.

Best Regards!
